Halo Therapy, also known as dry salt therapy, is a holistic approach that mimics the climate of a salt cave. This is a safe and effective way of using salt's natural anitbacterial, anti-inflammatory, and absorbent properties to provide relief for respiratory and skin conditions.

Ground up sodium is heated up in the halogenerator. The salt particles are then dispersed into the air in the enclosed bed. These salt particles penetrate deep within the respiratory system and work to remove mucous build up, eliminate bacteria, and eliminate toxins. This process helps open and expand the airways allowing individuals to breath easier and more clearly.

​Consisting of dry heat instead of steam, this sauna is built to create a refreshing sensation that will leave you wanting more! The floor is made up of salt tiles that warm up and detox your body!

Our sauna is not a traditional (steam) sauna and is much cooler than a traditional sauna (110f - 130f vs 170f - 190f). Our sauna releases negative ions which are breathed into the lungs and then absorbed into the bloodstream. Then the ions are taken to every part of the body where they remove toxins from fat cells. Once loosened, the toxins are then removed from the body via sweating.

Research shows that patients with asthma and bronchitis have shown significant improvement due to elimination of excess mucus, regulation of the immune system, anti-inflammatory relief, and bacterial relief.
